De Grussa Copper Mine Microgrid

Sandfire Resource’s DeGrussa Copper Mine has announced the installation of 6MW/1.5 MWh of storage capacity along with 10.6MW PV to hybridise its existing 20MW diesel system, which is expected to generate more than US$7 million in annual savings. The project will be built, owned and operated by juwi Renewable Energy.
