Milford's downtown municipal microgrid serves five public/community facilities in Connecticut. The as-built public record is a 400 kW natural-gas CHP system plus 125 kW battery storage, with Schneider EcoStruxure controls and islanding infrastructure. The frequently repeated 120 kW solar figure belongs to the 2014 award-stage design: Schneider's 2018 design-build announcement explicitly called the project solar-ready, and the state's final project tracker does not list installed PV.

Connecticut DEEP classifies it as operational, the city's 2023 hazard plan marks the project completed, and 2023 city procurement records document ongoing Schneider monitoring and maintenance.
