  • Concept versus deployment

    Army Net Zero and Sandia materials document site assessment and design alternatives for six mission-critical energy-surety areas. The Army's FY2013 report says West Point continued to rely on conventional energy sources and that many studied renewables were not planned. A conceptual-design listing is not commissioning evidence.   • Solar operating boundary

    The tennis-center array is a building-scale, grid-tied 200 kWdc project. It may reduce the building's annual grid consumption, but the official articles do not describe black-start capability, storage or an islanding switch.
